Our approach at Primus UK to acquiring customers is one that is proving to be so successful and cost effective for our clients that more and more of the country’s most intelligent business people are realising that partnering up with us is the key to their future success. Many of these people head up some of the biggest and/or fastest growing companies from all the key sectors, including energy, telecommunication, banking, home improvement and many more.

Traditionally companies have acquired new customers and in turn increased their market share via three strategies:

a) Pay a marketing/advertising company to design and implement a campaign.
b) Employ their own marketing team.
c) Employ their own sales force.

All of these options require a financial outlay and commitment without any guarantee of results. Some businesses do not have the resources to take this risk for such costly investment for possibly no return.

Primus UK has key differences from the more traditional options of increasing a business’s customer base. These have really separated us in the market and been the key to our huge success and rapid growth in recent years:

1) We provide a very proactive approach, where we will literally go out and find the customers for our clients through any face to face channel that they request us to. This can include business to business, residential or in-store promotions or events. Some of our bigger clients, that are more ambitious and have the infrastructure to handle the rapid increase in business, require us to do all three.

2) We only charge our clients when we bring them a customer into a contract. That means that there is ZERO financial outlay and ZERO financial risk. They literally only pay for results and out of guaranteed profit.
